Volkswagen T2b - a classic on wheels

The Volkswagen T2b, also known as the "Bay Window" due to its panoramic windscreen, debuted in 1967 as the successor to the legendary T1 "cucumber". It was the second generation of the iconic Volkswagen Transporter - a car that changed the way we travel forever.

The T2b had a more modern silhouette, a more spacious interior and better driving characteristics. It quickly won the hearts of drivers around the world - from family holidays, through hippie adventures, to commercial use as a delivery van or ambulance.

Production ended in Germany in 1979, but it continued in Brazil until 2013! Today, the T2b is not just a car - it is an icon of motoring, lifestyle and the spirit of independence.

Now you can recreate this legendary vehicle in the form of a model from COBI blocks and feel the atmosphere of the golden age of travel - make a piece of history appear on your shelf!

Why is it worth choosing the Volkswagen T2b Bus set from COBI?

Impressive number of elements - The model in a large collector's scale of 1:12 consists of as many as 2,366 elements, which translates into a length of over 30 cm and a wealth of detail. This is a real treat for fans of classics!

Realistic design - Characteristic, rounded body lines, detailed front, proportions and finish - each element has been carefully designed with maximum similarity to the original in mind.

Durable prints - no stickers! - All graphics and markings are printed on the blocks and are resistant to abrasion, which ensures durability and aesthetics for many years.

Interior refined in every detail - Dashboard, seats with folding backrests, printed curtains and many other elements create a complete, atmospheric space.

Opening doors and flaps, steerable wheels - The front doors can be opened, the side doors are moved - just like in the original. The rear flap allows you to look into the engine compartment. The steerable wheels respond to steering wheel movements - the model not only looks, but also works!

Intuitive step-by-step instructions - Clear instructions based on illustrations guide you through the entire assembly process in an accessible and enjoyable way - regardless of age and level of experience.

Expand your collection - T2b Bus is part of the COBI CARS series, which includes the most iconic vehicles in the history of motoring. Collect them all!
